Revamping the Science Teaching Trust brand online.
We created a modern, easily accessible site for use by teachers across the UK.
Years of patched updates and various additions had taken their toll on the previous site; It was lacking basic navigation and any defined structure.
The new site was the outcome of a usability overhaul which regrouped all 850 pages of content into just three zones on the site: information about the trust, resources for teachers and details of their active projects nationwide. We dispensed with half a dozen navigation mechanisms from
the old site and replaced them with clearly signposted and colour-coded navigation to provide an easy to use and
fun design.
The Trust are finally able to manage there own content, adding details of new projects and resources without technical knowledge and yet our proprietary CMS technology ensures the technical standards of compliance & search optimisation are maintained.
